• Age Limit is Strictly 18 to 35 Years.
• Minimum experience 1 to 2 years in relevant real estate field.
• Salary as per industry standard.

• Calling / Meeting Clients.
• Good communication skills.
• Visiting sites / projects with client.
• Helping him in research.
• Negotiating for client with builder.
• Helping client with Home Loan.
• Closing sales.
• Maintaining DSR.
• Doing market research/responsible for particular project sales.
• Must have proven records of previous sales performance.

• Must have minimum of 3 years of experience.
• Must have majority of experience in Residential and High rise buildings.
• Must be a Self starter, Problem Solver, Leader, Good at communication and Management.
• BE/BTech/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• Having Masters Degree in Construction management would be a plus.
• Overall execution of all activities.
• Study drawing and monitor same on site.
• Quantity estimation.
• Preparing and checking BBS.
• Coordination with consultants for easy flow of drawings.
• Preparing Monthly plans with material requirement and labour requirement.
• Tracking daily progress of site against the plan.
• Preparing Baseline schedule of the project.
• Coordination with subcontractors on daily basis.
• Provide value additions to the scope of work.
• Checking and preparing subcontractors RA Bills.
• Preparing project reports on fortnight basis and same sharing with management.
• Training junior staff and organising them as per site.
• Quality monitoring of every activity.
• Safety management on site.
• Salary as per industry standard.
